In 2016 the Mid-West Local Development Enterprise Awards will be presented to persons who have successfully set-up their own business under the Back to Work / Short Term / Enterprise Allowance Scheme. The Scheme has been a great success in the Mid-West with over 1,800 businesses supported to get started between 2011 and 2015. This award will see 12 successful candidates participating in a Regional Final and the overall winners will have the opportunity to represent the Mid-West in the National LDC Enterprise Awards Final.
This is the first time LDC companies in the Mid-West region (Ballyhoura Development, Clare Local Development Company, North Tipperary Leader Partnership, PAUL Partnership, South Tipperary Development Company, West Limerick Resources) have come together to organise an event that recognises the contribution of small businesses in the area and also offer the opportunity for National profile for these successful businesses.
Our records show that you are/have been an enterprise client of South Tipperary Development Company. If you are/have been a recipient of the Back to Work/Short Term Enterprise Allowance Payment and are currently trading you may eligible to be considered to represent the Mid-West at the National LDC Enterprise Awards Final.
In order to apply you must satisfy the eligibility criteria and complete the application form enclosed. The application form is also available online at www.stdc.ie.
Closing date for receipt of the Application form is 5pm on Friday April 22nd 2016.
