The facility comprises of a large room equipped with games and toys which encourages and develops imaginative play.  We also have an outdoor play area and play shed with games and sand.  Children attending the Afterschool are given help with their homework, receive a healthy snack and an opportunity to take part in activities.  Our service is fully supervised, and our qualified staff are committed to creating a safe, child centred play-based environment to help child learn and grow in line with their own age and stage of development.  Our curriculum includes a variety of activities that promotes each area of a child’s development and include imaginative play, creative play, arts & crafts, Jigsaws, Constructive activities, energetic play, reading & musical activities, sand & water play and play dough. The service is registered with Tusla and is fully compliant operating under the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services).  We aim to deliver a quality curriculum which addresses children’s needs, wellbeing, identity, and interests.
